Open beta starts today. Java players connect to play.mystcity.com on 26.2. Bedrock players use 144.217.49.130 on port 25584. No whitelist, no application, no waiting.
This is a beta in the honest sense: the Towny-prison hybrid is playable start to finish, but there are rough edges we haven't found yet. Some balance numbers are guesses. A few systems are held together with string. That's exactly why we want people in now rather than later.
Your progress carries over. Claims, balances, ranks, and items all persist into Season 1 — this isn't a wipe-on-release beta. If you build it now, it's still yours at launch.
What we need from you: report anything broken in the Discord bug channel, and tell us what feels bad to play even when it isn't technically a bug. A grind that drags, prices that feel wrong, a mechanic that doesn't click — that's worth more to us right now than a bug report.
Store purchases are live too, and ranks bought during beta carry into Season 1 with everything else.
